Dan Masi is a painter and illustrator from Somerville, MA. He holds a BFA in Illustration
from the Art Institute of Boston. For 20 years he created display art for Martignetti
Liquors, a neighborhood icon in Brighton, MA. He has also created illustrations for
musicians and art institutions, promoting new works, performances, and workshops. Masi
draws inspiration from decadent art of the fin de siècle. His works are steeped in
symbolism and dark psychedelia, weaving together elements of mythology and modern
anxiety, and exploring themes of illusion and ennui.

Inspired by the work of Francesco Goya, in Under the Hill Dan Masi weaves elements of mythology and folklore to create a world of rich imagination and metaphor.

Nightime Sunshine, is a harmonic expression began by Apollo Sunshine founder Jesse
Gallagher, whose hyper focused craftsmanship of perfectly-articulated pop song
structures in their purest form are sewn together with the furthest expanses of open source
group improvisation & cosmic-electronic ragas.
