Katie Sant and some very talented musicians will perform a variety of songs, including some from her debut EP 'Pretty Vile'. This show at The Lilypad @ 8 PM on November 30th is just two days before her fourth (and hopefully final) surgery! She plans to put on a killer show as a perfect send-off for her very important procedure. Come by for a truly great show!
Katie Sant is a singer-songwriter from Boston, MA who writes, records, and performs music to convey the struggles of chronic illness. She just released her first album/EP called Pretty Vile - a collection of pop/rock/folk tunes driven by the many questions and frustrations born out of hospitalizations, recovery, and finding a new 'normal'. Particularly, Katie's battle has been with ulcerative colitis. She has undergone many surgeries and still has more to go. Katie strives to connect her music to anyone and everyone facing life's many adversities.
