Eva Westphal is an 18-year-old singer-songwriter from Boston, MA. Her music can be best described as acoustic pop. At 13, Eva began writing her own songs, combining her love of writing with her love of music. Though she is classically trained, her transition to pop music has led to various successful gigs, including singing at Fenway Park and Outside the Box Music Festival, as well as being a featured artist on top Boston radio stations such as Mix 104.1 and Country 102.5. Eva's musical inspirations span from Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks to Amy Winehouse to Ingrid Michaelson and "Joanne"-era Lady GaGa. Distinguished musicians have commented on her unique voice, with Alicia Keys pointing out Eva's "pure tone" and Mix 104.1 deeming her "one to watch." Her songwriting abilities have caught the eye of various producers, including the chart-topping producer "OVYD," for whom Eva has penned an upcoming single. Her first Spotify single, "Go Up," raises money for the charity Project HEAL and brings awareness to mental health problems while offering a voice of hope for those affected. Eva hopes to enact social change through her music and plans to keep recording songs that help others.
