Jordan challenges the expectations of what it means to be a rapper today. His debut album My Favorite Things established his core fan-based and introduced himself to the world as someone who aims to redefine what it means to be real. Jordan's music discusses the importance of family, hard work, and black empowerment in the most player way possible. Stay tuned for his next release, My Favorite Things 2, this summer.

Najee Janey is a songwriter, rapper, poet, and singer from Roxbury, MA. His love for music sparked during his adolescence, watching his father play a diverse range of music like: Zuke, Afro-Caribbean music, Jazz, Funk, and LatinX. The first rap song he ever heard was “I Don’t Want to be a Player No More”, by Big Pun, and from there he fell in love with rap music. After a decade of pursuing rap, he’s still pushing himself and his craft. For now you can find Najee Janey’s music on Soundcloud & Spotify, and his recently released video “Alright” on Youtube. 

Capella Auriga

Capella Auriga is a Roxbury artist. She is a musical artist, author, dancer, and actress. She started rapping in 2016 after going viral with her So Gone Challenge. Since then she’s performed at Black Market, Middle East Upstairs, Suya Joint, and Lesley University, and Wonder Bar. Her first project DND is out now on SoundCloud.

Haasan Barclay (Camp Blood)

Camp Blood is a minimalist hip hop band from Boston, MA. The group consists of Shaka Dendy, Matthew Thronton & Haasan Barclay. Their music style combines qualities of punk, hip hop, electronica & industrial metal. Camp Blood’s debut EP is set to release spring 2019.

Cakeswagg from Roxbury , is a Boston Native and Lyricist most known for her freestyles. Cakeswagg has been rapping for almost a decade , she drops a freestyle every Tuesday called “talk that talk Tuesday “ where she spits over a wide variety of instrumentals. She encourages new listeners and supporters to send her recommendations of their favorite songs that they’d like to hear her rap over. Most recently Cakeswagg dropped her project “cakeology vol. 1” . You can find cakeology vol. 1 on all streaming platforms. Cakeswagg has 3 music videos out from her first project and is currently working on her 4th. Cakeswagg has new summer music dropping soon and is currently in the production phase of her second album Cakeology Vol. 2.
