Walking Cliché Sextet
Walking Cliché Sextet is a jazz-based group that explores the line between polyphonic organization to chaotic noise. Thus, the group’s interest is focused on creating layers of harmony, rhythm, noise-like textures through both composition and improvisation. The group was first formed on March, 2019 and selected as a jazz honor ensemble of New England Conservatory on 2019/2020 year. They also had a tour to South Korea on Jan, 2020, supported by SFAC(Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture). Their first single “Suite Chase Reflex” was released on Jan, 2021 and will be releasing new recording Nov, 2021.

Pritesh Walia Group
Pritesh Walia is a Jazz Guitar player/educator who currently resides in Boston, MA. Pritesh's musicianship and performance was highly recognized from the beginning of his musical journey starting with his entry to the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music as well as earning recognition from Berklee College of Music in his contemporary jazz performance and composition during his B.M. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Jazz Performance Studies from New England Conservatory where he studied under world renowned musicians like Jerry Bergonzi, Donny McCaslin, Ethan Iverson and Miguel Zenon
Pritesh is an active session player/performer/educator in Boston having played numerous festivals and shows worldwide. He can be heard on numerous records and projects over the years ranging from Jazz Big Band, Modern Jazz, Gypsy, Folk to independent singer-songwriter music. This program is the first feature of Pritesh Walia's original music from his debut album to be released in March 2022 as well as original music composed by Moshe Elmakias (Piano).
