Sarah Bernadette and Rowan Barcham

Sarah Bernadette and Rowan Barcham are a Boston-based jazz duo who met and began making music together at New England Conservatory. Sarah is a versatile vocalist able to jump between a variety of genres, accompanied by gifted jazz improviser Rowan on the piano. Rowan is a pianist from Dallas, TX who plays with fire and flexibility. He aims to bring the most out of every musical situation.Together, musical chemistry captivates the audience as they perform improvisational arrangements of standards, covers, as well as original music.

The PSA Organ Trio

The PSA Organ Trio will present an evening of original modern jazz music that explores the convergence of innovative, spearheading harmonic and compositional approaches with synergistic improvisation and masterful technical facility. The musical repertoire of PSA is a culmination of all the unique styles that Pritesh Walia, Avery Logan, and Sharik Hasan bring to the table as composers and performers. While having an enlightened aesthetic, PSA's music truly holds power in its ability to emotionally and empathetically connect with the audience.

Emily Mitchell

Emily Mitchell is a vocalist and guitarist from the DC area, known for her angelic voice, accomplished guitar playing, and touching performances. Influenced by Jazz, Gospel, and roots music, she combines her musical interests to develop an original sound. Songwriting has been a huge part of her musical journey. She sees it as an avenue of connection and a powerful way to carry a message. Currently, Emily is part of the Contemporary Improvisation program at NewEngland Conservatory, studying songwriting, arranging, and performance. She is inspired to continue developing her artistic voice, using her gifts to reach others.
