Founded as a way to let off steam from years of obsessive weirdo record collecting and perversely decoding the hand jive of wanton talents from the psychedelic and punk rock hardcore scenes in the Boston zone Sunburned was born to be awesome. The nucleus of the group is a small ragtag contingent of fascinants completely focused on the idea of spontaneous composition within the framework of religious experience: the rock n roll EVENT" —Thurston Moore

Dyr Faser
The ‘Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra’ of psychedelic, 21st century ballades…They are natural born atmosphere explorers. They operate in a sonic cocoon of their own. Far-out is their normal.
—Turn Up The Volume!, Belgium
Beautiful, languid, mystical, hypnotic, exotic, dream-like, entrancing, sinuous, enchanting, seductive, relaxing, soothing, transportive, slinky, heavenly, hypnagogic, other worldly, soporific, mesmerizing, comforting, narcotic, haunting, moving, magical, reassuring. Foreign yet familiar, sounds like it was created in a far away and beautiful land. Pleasantly floating and drifting. Like the best of the best drugs. When it ends I always wish it lasted longer.
—Terence Burke
Dyr Faser follows the lineage of Krautrock Gods of yore. If you consider the alien synthetic genius of Cluster, this is their cyborg octopus descendent, ever-unravelling tentacles of reverb guitar cast forth from a stainless steel brain. Equal parts devotional and psychedelic, it’s a testament to how structuring compositions in and around each other can be a transcendental experience. Excellent stuff. —Daz Lawrence, Reprobate Mag (UK)
