Jeff Pearring
Jeff Pearring has released four critically endorsed albums under Pearring Sound, and continues to perform under the Pearring Sound moniker with trios, quartets, quintets, and a double trio all formed from thoughtful combinations of world class musicians. In 2018 Jeff Pearring created the “Instrumental Underground” musical series at the Brooklyn based Mirror tea house. In 2020 a collaboration with the King of Independent Animation, Bill Plympton, resulted in the release of the animated music video “Odd Duck.” Odd Duck has been selected for awards at over a dozen festivals internationally.
Ken Filiano
Ken Filiano performs throughout the world, playing and recording with leading artists in jazz, spontaneous improvisation, classical, world/ethnic, and interdisciplinary performance, fusing the rich traditions of the double bass with his own seemingly limitless inventiveness.
Francisco Mela
Born in Bayamo, Cuba, Francisco Mela first came to the United States in early 2000 to study at Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA). He quickly made a name for himself by playing at various venues in and around the city and, before long, became a member of the Berklee faculty.
