Jesse Gallagher leads a deep relaxation "Yoga Nidra" experience using multimedia, synthesizers and a psychedelic light show. Angelic Singing provided by Francesca Londono & Vienna Husson ~
Guests are invited to lay on the floor and sink into a deeply relaxed state as the sound journey guides you thru each part of the body, creating a feeling of deep peace, while while releasing tension & stress.
(some pillows provided / bringing your own mats/blankets are very welcomed)
