Booking Policy
Rental Payment:
Payment is due 30 days before your event date.
If your event has been booked within 30 days of your event date, invoices must be paid as soon as possible.
Non-payment may result in cancellation of the event.
Payments must be paid using our digital invoicing system. Cash or check is no longer accepted.
Cancellations:
Cancellations require one month's notice.
Cancellations made within one month of event date may result in loss of payment.
Website/Calendar:
Public events will be posted to our website and our paper calendar (time permitting).
Allow up to 5 business days for event information to be posted to our website or for any existing posting to be updated.
Event information received within 5 business days of the event date may not be posted to our website.
Event Logistics:
Allow up to 3 business days for email response to event related questions.
If you want advanced ticketing you must set up and manage at the door.
Do not load in before the beginning of your rental time. You must be loaded out by the end of your rental time.
Load in through the front door only. Absolutely no parking in the back of the building.
Shows must be reasonable in volume.
