Based in Boston, MA, Imagine 5 presents a unique sound that spans across continents. The diverse group seamlessly blends bebop vocabulary with South American grooves, African percussion and unexpected instrumentation. Each highly trained and well-versed, the group delivers a vibrant musical experience to their expansive audience.
The ensemble came together in the summer of 2017 after experimenting with each other’s personal composition. It quickly became clear that the five together had explosive chemistry. Imagine 5 presents an eclectic experience ripe with their unified cultural diversities.
