Norm Zamcheck is a prolific songwriter and pianist who performs regularly with the NYC based rock/jazz ensemble "Real Stormin Norman Band." His newest project, "Bride of Science".showcases his songs in a new setting: roughly termed "newgrass." The group consists of Norm, his lifelong guitar sidekick and bluegrass virtuoso Mat Kastner and upright bassist Andrew Livingston. Norm has released 9 albums since his initial debut in the 70's with the popular touring act "Stormin Norman & Suzy." His newest album, "Bride of Science," was released in February. He is happy to be returning to Lilypad, where he has performed on many past occasions.
